What Spec Doctor does

Spec Doctor is an independent, experimental preflight tool for selected Walmart item setup workbooks and Activity Feed reports. It compares the files you provide and surfaces checks that can be supported by the template’s structure and definitions. It does not connect to a seller account or submit any file to Walmart.

Findings, a clean scan, and a repair copy do not guarantee Walmart acceptance. Walmart’s validator, product policies, and category requirements can include rules unavailable in your workbook. Review every proposed change, retain your original file, and verify the resulting copy before submitting it through Seller Center.

Project access

The single audit costs US$19 and opens one project. The US$69 pack contains five project credits. Each successfully activated project has up to seven days of rescans, full findings, reports, and supported selected repairs. The clock starts when that project is first activated and cannot be extended by re-entering the same key. A provider license that expires earlier shortens the project window.

A project is identified by a random ID saved in the current browser. Starting a new project uses another available credit. Clearing browser storage does not restore consumed credits. Keep the purchase receipt and contact the store if an activation cannot be recovered.

Buying a license does not make an unsupported file repairable. Checkout is offered in the app after a recognized file produces actionable findings. The sample demo is free and uses manufactured files.

Purchases and support

Lemon Squeezy handles hosted checkout. Applicable taxes and the final amount are shown there. Opening a checkout or returning to the app does not activate access; the app must verify the issued license against the configured purchase.

For activation failures, delivery problems, or refund requests, contact the store through your receipt. Include the order number and project ID. Refund handling also follows Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms and applicable consumer law. These product terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.

Your data and review

Use files you are authorized to process. You remain responsible for the accuracy of item information and the suitability of changes. The app does not invent brand, origin, hazardous-material information, descriptions, dimensions, or variant choices. GTIN identity issues require your review and are not silently corrected.
